Decision was made in principle to get SARRC involved in running the event on the day and providing them with an event under their name here on the coast.

Whose insurance – It was decided that FOAM needs its own insurance anyway
Equipment and service to be provided by SARRC? They have suggested a Race Director and Electronic timing
What would the cost be to FOAM
Who would collect entries? We would suggest that SARRC collecting entries might be best option.

Adult 10 online entry, 15 on day, 20 for all 3 online

All entries prior to the day will be online
All entries on day will be 15 and use home printed entry forms
Age Categories same
GM has spoken to Power Bar- will provide arch and product
HM – NAB, will provide same as last year
GM to approach – Brookes, Southern Foods, Mega Health same as last year
It was decided to approach local businesses for vouchers towards prizes to encourage visitors to use local facilities, ie Hotels, restaurants, cafes, holiday Park, etc
BB to organize, we are covered for first event
JB + BB to arrange entry for Council Grant towards insurance if possible.
Advertising and Marketing
BB to again look into Power FM radio
GM to arrange 3 x 1m x 3m Banners
GM to arrange A1 + A3 Posters
JB - Times – 1 x Advert 2 weeks before each race
GM Entry Form/Flyer, A5 – take form of Advertising flying explaining how to enter
